Growth & Creative Rotational Program
The Growth & Creative Rotational Program’s mission is to accelerate the professional growth and development of Early Career professionals through exposure to a multitude of assignments, apprenticeship style learning, and accelerated responsibility. We are looking for driven, tenacious, and pragmatic team members who have the desire and potential to grow into a significant contributor within the Creative and Growth domains.
This program will offer employees the opportunity to explore areas such as: Influencer & Partnership Marketing, Creative Briefing & Project Management, and Performance Marketing & Analytics. After approximately 2 years, team members will be placed in a more specialized role based on performance, strengths, and interests demonstrated over the previous years.

What You’ll Do…
- Influencer, Media, and Partnerships Management:
- Coordinate our monthly influencer program, including sourcing & vetting new influencers, to coordinating with their managers to set rates, sign contracts, and approve content, to working with the warehouse to ensure timely product delivery.
- Coordinate our media buying program, from maintaining our media buys database to serving as the point of contact for external teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate brand partnership opportunities.
- Organize and analyze performance of influencers, media buys, and brand partners, and recommend ideas for how to improve our program based on these insights.
- Creative Briefing and Production Management:
- Manage the creative workflow end-to-end in Asana, including setting up projects, assessing incoming creative requests, assigning tasks, and tracking dependencies and deliverables.
- Develop clear, actionable creative briefs that lead to strong outputs, including briefs for the internal creative team, UGC creators, and photographers,
- Work cross-functionally on upcoming campaign strategies and book releases to understand creative needs, delivery expectations, potential efficiencies and roadblocks.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Build and proof campaigns across paid social, email, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring processes are in place for error-free and timely launch of all ads/emails/etc.
- Launch new channels, and propose strategic adjustments to budget, targeting, and creative to optimize conversion of our ads & emails.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and special project reporting and analysis
- Support large-scale Growth campaigns and projects, coordinating tasks, managing deliverables, and contributing to execution strategies.

- Ability to do math and conduct data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface comfortably with people at all levels
- You’re interested in eCommerce, Direct to Consumer, and/or the book business.
