Book of the Month is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to help us increase conversion rate on-site, via emails, and across our rejoins program. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the conversion funnel and can leverage data and creative messaging to communicate the brand’s key value propositions and increase conversion across the site and marketing programs. 

 

What you will be doing…

  • Gather ideas to improve conversion rate on-site, for leads email program, and for our rejoins program by analyzing data and user behavior, researching best practices, and working with key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strong, testable hypotheses and write experiment plans to test new landing pages messaging, layout, sections, and offers.
  • Create and maintain well-organized testing pipelines across initiatives and work closely with the Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure proper and on-time execution. 
  • Analyze experiment results and identify successes, failures, and next steps, and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Improve merchandising and recommend titles to include on-site and across marketing channels.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, site/product marketing, customer acquisitions, or customer marketing at a DTC brand.
  • Proven ability to influence customer behavior with creative messaging and or on-site experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines and with different personalities.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and ready to work hard.
  • A love of reading and contemporary fiction.

 

Base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000
