Book of the Month is looking for someone to help us scale up our media buying, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and partnership efforts. We are open to someone at the Coordinator or Associate level, depending on experience. The ideal candidate has a combination of analytical skills, processes discipline, and creative marketing/selling experience. This is a great opportunity to join a growing customer acquisition organization at a DTC company.

What you will be doing…

Assist in the execution and expansion of acquisition programs, including media buys, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
Create and update reports for acquisition initiatives by synthesizing relevant data.
Partner with the creative team to plan creative assets that elevate the brand and achieve our business goals.
Communicate with relevant team members and external partners to ensure accurate, excellent, and on time execution of projects.
Take on ongoing management of 50% of the influencer marketing program and help generate new opportunities.

What you should have…

1-2 years experience at the coordinator level, 2-4 year experience at the Associate level.
Experiences includes media buying, agency work, PR/influencer work, and partnership experience.
Highly analytical; uses data regularly to drive decisions.
Extremely detail-oriented and resourceful.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines, and with different personalities.
Thrives working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and ready to work hard.
A love of reading and contemporary fiction.

Base salary range: $60,000 - $110,000

Opportunity A is a display buy offering 1M guaranteed impressions and charging $10k. Opportunity B is an influencer sponsorship charging $5k. The influencer has 1M subscribers. Her last 4 videos had 200k, 300k, 1M, and 600k views.
