Book of the Month is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us scale up our influencer marketing, media buying, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate has a combination of analytical skills, process discipline, and an understanding of the influencer and media landscape. This is a great opportunity to join a growing customer acquisition organization at DTC company.
What you will be doing…
- Assist in the execution and expansion of acquisition programs, including media buys, affiliate marketing, and partnerships
- Create and update reports for acquisition initiatives by synthesizing relevant data
- Partner with the creative team to plan creative assets that elevate the brand and achieve our business goals
- Communicate with relevant team members and external partners to ensure accurate, excellent, and on time execution of projects
- Take on the ongoing management of 50% of the influencer marketing program and help generate new opportunities
What you should have…
- 1-2 years experience at the coordinator level,
- Experiences include PR/influencer work, media buying, and/or agency work.
- Highly analytical; uses data regularly to drive decisions.
- Extremely detail-oriented and resourceful
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines, and with different personalities.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and is ready to work hard.
- A love of reading and contemporary fiction.
Base salary range: $60,000 - $80,000
