Book of the Month is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us scale up our influencer marketing, media buying, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate has a combination of analytical skills, process discipline, and an understanding of the influencer and media landscape. This is a great opportunity to join a growing customer acquisition organization at DTC company. 

What you will be doing…

  • Assist in the execution and expansion of  acquisition programs, including media buys, affiliate marketing, and partnerships
  • Create and update reports for acquisition initiatives by synthesizing relevant data 
  • Partner with the creative team to plan creative assets that elevate the brand and achieve our business goals
  • Communicate with relevant team members and external partners to ensure accurate, excellent, and on time execution of projects 
  • Take on the ongoing management of 50% of the influencer marketing program and help generate new opportunities  

What you should have…

  • 1-2 years experience at the coordinator level, 
  • Experiences include PR/influencer work, media buying, and/or agency work.
  • Highly analytical; uses data regularly to drive decisions. 
  • Extremely detail-oriented and resourceful 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines, and with different personalities.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and is ready to work hard.
  • A love of reading and contemporary fiction.

Base salary range: $60,000 - $80,000
